This guide will show you how to log into your router using the router login IP. Logging into your router is useful for changing your Wi-Fi network settings, securing your network, and more. Use your mobile device or computer to connect to the wireless or wired network being broadcast by your router. If this doesn't work, it means that someone has changed the default password without telling you. If this is the case, simply reset your router to factory defaults. Dashboard users will be asked to enter the administrator password you created upon setup. Click Let me in! to continue. If you have not set a custom password, you should be able to log in right away.

You can do this by holding the reset button on the back of the unit, using a paper clip or pen, for 15 seconds until the router automatically reboots itself. Now that you're logged in, it's a good idea to change the default admin password to something more secure. You can find this option in the control panel, or might be prompted on certain routers to set one immediately upon logging in.
